“I must have flowers, always, and always.” – Claude Monet
Today I had some free time so after the morning errands I came home, pulled my clippers out, and set out for the garden. I recently bought some hellebores from Trader Joe's and after planting them they are blooming like crazy. I can't get enough of them or the unusual, rich color. I clipped some fresh oregano, budding wisteria, and cypress maple leaves. I found all these in our yard (and maybe our neighbors). When there is no agenda and I can just create, especially clipping and using what my garden provides, those are the days when I'm most happy.
